Mumbai blasts-13/7

July 16, 2011 at 12:18 pm 17 comments

Should the nation not be grateful to P.Chidambaram because Mumbai was safe for 31 months and there were no blasts? Should we not thank him that it was not an intelligence gap but only failure to pick up intelligence? Should we not be amazed at the brain wave of Rahul Gandhi that the UPA government had stopped 99% of attacks and his honesty that one percent cannot be stopped? Why does RG always put his foot in his mouth when ever he opens his mouth. He has become a ridicule. How is the nation to know that 99% of the terror attacks were prevented and only one the UPA government was not able to stop? How did he arrive at this 99% of attacks stopped? The nation has a right to know what sort of terror attacks were stopped and who were the terrorists involved.

It is callous on the government to allow people bleed to death-and victims with limbs missing-families mourning and wailing for their beloved ones and the government goes about with the same kind of hollow promises. Words which mean nothing. One side the Prime Minister assures that he will see that future no such blasts takes place. How are we to believe him? The past is an indication of the future. His whole governance was and is marked by inaction. Why the future what happened to the present and the past and what is the extra expertise that has since come in that we should believe in the PM’s hollow assurances. It is a bad thought but I need to articulate it.

I wish some of the netas are victims to terror acts.Unless they feel the brunt of the blasts-the agony of it-the loss of loved ones they have no feelings. It is a big drama This because they live in security and Rahul Gandhi goes to UP to learn from the farmers with a three layer security. Chidambaram must go to the market without security. The PM and Sonia Gandhi must walk on the streets without security. No they would not dare. They use the tax payers money to protect themselves and reel out pious platitudes and assurances which means nothing. The people are fed up with this lip service. Shameless to say that one percent cannot be prevented-what if that one percent is directed to the netas.Remember when Indira Gandhi was assassinated Rajiv Gandhi had the sinfulness and shamelessness to say that when the big tree falls the small plants around die. This he said to justify the genocide of the Sikhs. This is the kind of netas we have. Lives of people have no value.Does the value of a life depend on the background on the muscle and money power that person possess. It seems so.

Is the Congress really determined in action to arrest terrorism? Surely one does not see in action the determination.Take for example when it is clear that the IM/SIMI and LeT are behind the latest blasts why this hesitation –why was the Congress so quick to term ‘Saffron terror’ in the Malegoan blasts. Now this great reluctance to call it Islamic terror. It is a mask that the Congress is wearing. They do not want to rub the Muslims and hurt them. They do not want to take stringent action against the Muslims perpetrators those involved lest they lose the Muslim votes. This is precisely why Digvijay Singh went to Azamgarh to console and reassure the Muslims that they are innocent. What was his visit aimed at. Now he must be trying his best to dig out some ‘Saffron’ colour and then will be quick to give his theory which he has coached Rahul Gandhi with-that in India it is the Hindu terror which country is threatened with. That this theory makes them both the laughing stock is no bother to the tutor and disciple.

May be Rahul Gandhi’s one percent terror which cannot be prevented must have also been outsourced from Digvijya Singh. So lets wait for that one percent but first we must know the 100 percent terror threats –of which 99 percent was stopped. Is it not ridiculous and to think that RG is waiting at the side line to step in as Prime Minister. Lets hear more about this arithmetical calculation. What were the ‘saffron’ terror percentage and the green terror percentage? After the great enlightenment of the rural urban divide and after the great knowledge padaiyatra in UP now we must have some calculations on percentages. Both Digvijaya Singh and Rahul Gandhi remind one of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza. They have become ridicule because they are just not comical but senses and directionless in their utterances and their perception.

Why not bestow on Digvijaya Singh the ‘command responsibility of the National Investigation Agency? By now he would have traced the blasts to the RSS. How and why he suffers from this RSS phobia only he can explain. But what is terrible for the nation is that he is the Congress spokesperson and his utterances not only block proper investigation but also gives a handle to the perpetrators. It is persons like him who have encouraged ‘green’ (Islamic) terror. He must be indicted for his unfounded comments and for airing unfounded views. The Investigation agencies have already found valid leads and the needle of suspicion points at IM. Where is the need for Digvijaya Singh to poke his nose into this area? If he suffers from RSS phobia that has to be treated at a personal level but to betray the dead, the victims and to mislead the investigators is not only dangerous but treason.

This is no laughing matter. People are suffering and are in anguish and we have this percentages thrown at us. We have P.Chidambaram saying that after all 31 months Mumbai was free from terror attacks. So what-what does it mean? That it was time for them to experience a bath of blood? Mr Chidambaram have you ever experience a beloved ripped to pieces-have you seen and cradled in your arms a beloved soaked in blood? Have you touched the body of a loved one limbless? Have you felt the pain of a crushed hand with no fingers? You whom we protect cannot protect the ordinary. It is time for some accountability and it is time to stop this ‘nation on high alert’ siren blown whenever there is a blast. Your articulated words mean nothing and you presence makes a pitable spectacle.

Standing in his spotless white dothi and creaseless shirt he is a contradiction to the victims and a question mark as to the efficacy of his governance. Should he not take the blame for the failure in his ‘command responsibility’? He owes it to the nation as to why there was no intelligence input. Jugglery with words will not help-Intelligence failure-intelligence gap etc-the fact remains that those under his supervision were not able to pick up the leads. This is a grim reminder of how Headely visited India at least a dozen times and the Agencies under him were blissfully ignorant. They go running to the CIA to gather what they have gathered! It is for the Home Minister to undertake a study how the USA and the UK could prevent terror attacks. He must study the methodology and dynamics of the agencies in Israel. This is important and not wax eloquent. It is the security of the citizens of the people-it is the security of the sovereignty of the nation that is at stake and how coolly these netas are about their business

Less one talks about the Prime Minister the better. He cut such a sorry figure. How ridiculous he looked when he promised to prevent such blasts in the future-Words and words which mean nothing. Catch the PM taking action-he is not an action oriented man. We have had enough of this government. If it is not scams then it is blood baths-the citizens of this nation surely deserve a better deal-when and how is the big question.

PS-Kasab and Afzal guru must be celebrating-they must have ordered biriyani and chocolate cake on the 13th July which would have been readily served.

YOU HAVE RAISED A VALID POINT, THESE REPRESENTATIVES OF PEOPLE SHOULD NOT EVEN ASK FOR ANY SECURITY COVER, THEY SHOULD BE PROVIDED THE SAME SECURITY THAT WE ORDINARY CITIZENS HAVE, ARE THEY SUPERIOR TO US OR EQUALS AS INDIANS. I WOULD DEFINITELY WANT THIS FEUDALISTIC SECURITY COVER BE TAKEN AWAY. LETS SEEN IF THE POLITICAL CLASS EVEN DARES TO CONSIDER THIS AS AN OPTION………………

Dear Sandy you have raised a pertinent point but you can be sure they will not dare to go about without security.One-this is a status symbol-two they are dead scared.Let them try at least one day and we will see the consequence.Fed up of their consoling words. What does it mean to those who have lost the bread winner-the beloved son/husband and whose loved ones are limbless.Look at their intense suffering.Cry my beloved Mumbai-there seem to be no words to soothe you.God help you.All the best to you Sandy.HR

TV anchors (on all channels) for their part began by saying to to the panelists not of the ruling dispensation, ‘Don’t politicise!’
Why can’t they say it to Digvijaya Singh?

Why cannot the newsmedia access information and say what it costs to protect each neta in terms of money and the number of policemen required?

Dakul why are the courts keeping silent.Diggy has stated that he has proof that the RSS and the BJP are involved-hen the courts should take suo moto cognizance of his utterances and make him give the proof.Actually it is the Congress which stands to gain with terrorism because they want to divert attention from Black Money, scams, price rise and Lokpal hence after 31 months the one percent of Rahul Gandhi’s unpreventable terror acts blasted. This is the line the BJP should take and go hammer and tongs against the Congress.Half a dozen terror cases have not been investigated.those which have been tried have not seen the ogical end and those who have been sentenced are just given royal treatment-with sentences not executed. So who is abetting terrorism? All the best to you Dakul.HR

    Dear Madam,

While agreeing with you that the Govt. will wake up only if some netas become victims,I suggest a small amendment .’Some netas’ should read as one of the’ topmost netas’..The netas have scant regard for human lives as most of them have been responsible for the loss of many lives. Loss of lives is nothing new to them

PM has asserted the govt would ensure such attacks are not

repeated. In other words,he says they were not prepared for such attacks NOW..One should compliment him for being frank about the at govt,’s failure. He has been good enough not to say he did not know anything about this and nobody brought it to his knowledge.

I start feeling that the media and we also, give too much importance to Digvijay’s prattles.Media may have some reasons for this but not we.He should be totally ignored .But it may be difficult to ignore the Crown Prince and we must learn to suffer him.PC cannot be
brushed aside as his strategy is required to contain the nuisance value of people like Anna and Ramdev.

anything about it and nobody brought it to his knowledge.

I agree with you on the honesty of PM but that does not wipe away his responsibility of guilt-either is is error of judgement of lack of knowledge or out of the loop. These are the phases behind which he hides and explains his inaction and lack of knowledge. Will you let go a peon for his failure in duty for such reasons. Then what about the head of the GOI.It is his business to be within the loop-it is his business to have the intelligence input and it is his business to show through action the strategies that were undertaken to prevent terrorism.Mere words will not help.We are playing with people’s lives and they happen to be poor.Yes a few netas must become the victims. Not all-but surely a couple of them at the top and then see how the country will burn. This is not a sane thought but watching and reading the agony of the victims now and before I get these insane thoughts. Why are those terrorists who have been sentenced not put through their sentences. Will the GOI hand Afzal guru-will Kasab be executed. Then why not airlift them to Pakistan and drop them there? Why waste people’s money on those who bathed them in blood and took their lives. Is there any logic?
      Thank you for your response

Well, how is it possible that the PM of the most corrupt govt in the history of free India could be above blame? I think you all are making a mistake here by giving him a clean chit.

Once again you have expressed the anguish and angst of all right thinking Indians about the callous manner in which this Govt has been runnning the country , exposing its soft underbelly and putting at jeopardy the lives of common man to the mercies of the terrorists by neither giving stringent and instant punishment to the caught terrorists nor equiping our security forces with latest weapons to detect and stop such acts.
There has to be a political will to eradicate this menace of terror acts on our soil and only more and more voices like yours will help the powers that be to redeem themselves from this abysmal level they have brought us to.

      Dear Shankar,
Mine is a wee feeble;a voice which will be there till death silences it-.My beloved country and its country men/women come above everything else. This is the Hindutva that I follow and adhere to-Cultural and political patriotism.I belong to no religion but to this-what my ancients strove and gathered and left behind-that heritage and legacy must be safeguarded. They are not to be destroyed by petty politicians.Lives of the Indians are not to be bartered off for vote bank politics. It is only those who know pain and hurt-loss and deprivation will realize what those who are victims of the blasts go through. There are no tears any more-the eyes are dry….the mind is numb and there is only a searing pain in the heart. When will my people be allowed to live in peace O god?

‘The Murdoch saga has, perhaps inevitably, created its own secondary narrative.
This one involves Big Media, whose corporate loyalties and entanglements have raised suspicions about news organizations’ independence and objectivity.’
This is from a “Washington Post ” article.
    http://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/style/murdoch-rivals-alike-face-questions-about-coverage-of-hacking-scandal/2011/07/17/gIQAWAjhKI_print.html

    The phone-hacking it says,
has just about everything: charges of political favoritism, allegations of hidden corporate agendas, high-level media wheeling and dealing, would-be conflicts of interest.
Those are the aspects which remain opaque; it is precisely because the TV channels have a cosy/close relationships that we are unable to have any sort of accountability from the political class.
Have you ever wondered why so few people able able to ask the obvious questions?

    Respected ma’am,
I continue reading your honest and accurate views and continue to be amazed at the clarity of those views. Your retorts in respect of the stupid utterances of PC, RG, MMS and Diggie ( I would say Diggie is the most cunning of them all) are sound.
Sad thing is your columns are limited to internet and netizens unfortunately negligible in numbers.
It is time now that you do something to get louder and by greater number of Indians.
    Regards ma’am.

      Thank you Sir
but then knowing the slant of the media and in whose hands it is one should not expect it to publish the articles I write.I had tried and then gave up.See how the electronic media works-the kind of questions the kind of reporting it projects.I am happy that people like you respect my ideas-well as a ripple that grows in ever widening circles I hope mine will reach quite a good number of Indians who matter.I know that a few put up my articles in Face book and in other websites.I should thank them-Yes Diggy is the most cunning-but don’t overlook PC..Look how MMSingh pretends that he is innocent-innocent of any wrong doing because of his error of judgement and because he is out of the loop.He jolly well be in the loop-thats his business as PM.Otherwise he should put in his papers. And for PC it is the words with which he juggles-lack of intelligence is no excuse.Hence he hides behind no intelligence failure. Can you beat that. Then why the hell do they have three intelligence agencies. What is their work if not to pick up leads. Will this happen in the UK-USA and Israel. Will the netas give such lame excuses for the lives of people and get away with it.One’s blood should boil and these must be pull down and paraded in the streets..Sorry I got carried away. With regards.HR

    Hi Madam,
I first read your article when it came in a Kannada Daily “Vijaya Karnataka”. I was impressed by your writing and after that i have been visiting your blog (not regularly though).
The way you have put your sincere thoughts in this article are really thought provoking. We can clearly see the pseudo-secularist mentality in people like Diggie and PC. I am really worried about my countrymen who suffer every day due to the irresponsible actions and comments of our so called NETAS.

thank you Hemanth. Now we must worry about Yeddy-It is a pity that he puts himself above party.I do agree that he is not alone-for that matter4 even the PM is corrupt-when he allows corruption to seep into the cabinet then he is corrupt. But did he resign?Yet the way the Congress runs the country it is hypocritical and a farce.Right from Sonia Gandhi down wards every single person worth the count is guilty fo corrutpion.Yet they talk as though the BJP is finished becuase fo Yeddy. But BSY should have resigned even before being forced to.That would have strengthened the Opposition and redeemed the name that the BJP is a party with a difference.
Thank you for your appreciation.I welcome you to my blog and to your reactions to it.It has been some time since I posted a new piece this bcause I feel very depressed with thw ay the country is going.Look at PC-why this hue and cry of saffron terror when there is hundred times more Islamic terror. The fact that PC wants to divert attention from his involvement in the spectrum scam is why he is raking up saffron terror.Where is the saffrom terror now and instead of apprehending the perpetrators of the Mumbai blast he talks of saffron terror. Is it a curse to be a hindu in this country?

Thank you for your reply Madam. I agree with your opinion on BSY. Unfortunately BSY is so stubborn and blind folded towards his people and power, that he has forgotten his duty as a CM of Karnataka and as a party worker.
Finally i would like to tell you that don’t get depressed with the current situation of out country and request you not to stop putting your thoughts in to blog, since your are writing what is truth, GOD is with you and he wlll be there until your are truthful and where there is GOD there is victory.
